The Lanz family runs the direct marketing of Wagyu Murtal in Fohnsdorf, where they breed and market Wagyu cattle.
The Lanz vlg. Pirkner family has been running the Wagyu Murtal in Rattenberg for several years. As breeders, they focus on rearing Wagyu cattle, a Japanese cattle breed known for its tender, marbled meat. Their extensive range includes various types of steak such as tomahawk, rib-eye and flat iron steaks. They also offer traditional Austrian specialties such as Leberkäse, Leberknödel, Jausen-Wurst, Hartwürstel, Rinderschinken, Murtal Krainer and Käsekrainer.
In addition to their Wagyu products, the Lanz family also offers gift boxes containing Wagyu vouchers as a special gift for occasions such as birthdays or Christmas. The products from the Wagyu range can be purchased at the Eierhütte in Judenburg or ordered in advance.
