The Lanz family runs the direct marketing of Wagyu Murtal in Fohnsdorf, where they breed and market Wagyu cattle.
As breeders, they focus on rearing Wagyu cattle, a Japanese cattle breed known for its tender, marbled meat. Their extensive range includes various types of steak such as tomahawk, rib-eye and flat iron steaks. They also offer traditional Austrian specialties such as Leberkäse, Leberknödel, Jausen-Wurst, Hartwürstel, Rinderschinken, Murtal Krainer and Käsekrainer.
In addition to their Wagyu products, the Lanz family also offers gift boxes containing Wagyu vouchers as a special gift for occasions such as birthdays or Christmas. The products from the Wagyu range can be purchased at the Eierhütte in Judenburg or ordered in advance.
