On April 11, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the Wieserhof invites you to a special course: Painting from Within - In the Flow of Mindfulness. This course allows participants to consciously experience creativity and discover themselves in a new way. In meditative painting, the artistic end result is not the focus, but rather the inner process. Central aspects of the course:
- No prior knowledge required
- No "right" or "wrong"
- Focus on inner perception
- Relaxation and mindfulness
The course offers the opportunity to release tension and fully engage in the creative moment. Participants can explore their feelings and experience a meditative flow. The goal is to find a mindful approach to one's own creativity and to encounter oneself in a relaxed, playful process.
