An exciting film about dark matter and its exploration.
This film takes viewers into the depths of a former gold mine in South Dakota, to the world's most sensitive dark matter detector. From there it goes to the Large Hadron Collider, the world's largest and most powerful particle accelerator at CERN in Switzerland, where an international team of scientists is working together to track down the components of dark matter. Dark matter has not yet been directly observed, but its existence is no longer questioned in cosmology today.
