Wine taverns (Buschenschank) in Austria's Garden

Enjoy the best wine and tasty snacks along the Eastern Styria Roman Wine Road. The traditional “Brettljause” cold snack plate naturally includes roast pork, smoked meat, air-dried sausages, bacon, smoked loin, fresh spreads, delicious cheese and a portion of freshly grated horseradish. If you like a bit of sourness, we recommend a plate with boiled beef, runner beans and regional soft cheese, marinated with the unique pumpkin seed oil and apple cider vinegar.
