The Pöllauberg Inn Tour combines exercise, nature and culinary delights in perfect harmony. You cycle for around 30 kilometers through the gently rolling hills of the Pöllau Valley Nature Park, past blossoming orchards and forests with picturesque views.
Along the well-signposted route, cozy inns and wine taverns invite you to take a break - ideal for enjoying regional specialties such as Pöllauer Hirschbirnenschnapserl or Styrian delicacies. Highlights such as the imposing Pöllauberg pilgrimage church and historic farmsteads provide cultural variety.

Pöllauberg, Nature Park Arena

By car from Vienna
If you are driving from Vienna to Pöllauberg near Hartberg, take the A2 towards Graz and drive about 110 kilometers until you reach the Hartberg exit. From there, follow the B54 in the direction of Pöllau. Follow the B54 for about 25 kilometers until you reach Pöllauberg.

By car from Graz
To get to Pöllauberg near Hartberg from Graz, take the A2 in the direction of Vienna. After about 30 kilometers, take the Gleisdorf West exit and then take the B54 towards Hartberg/Pöllau. Follow the B54 for about 25 kilometers until you reach Pöllauberg.

By car from Salzburg
To get to Pöllauberg near Hartberg from Salzburg, take the A1 towards Vienna. Drive about 110 kilometers to exit 109 (Salzburg junction). There change to the A9 towards Graz. At St. Michael, follow the S6 towards Kapfenberg. Continue on the S6 until the Krieglach exit. From there, take the B72 and then the L405 to Pöllauberg.
- We leave our starting point at the Naturparkarena Pöllauberg via the L431 junction in the Bergstub'n area in       the direction of Salbergweg.
- We follow this road to the RETTER BioGut or RETTER Bio Natur Resort and then turn right towards             Untersalbergweg. 
- Following the road, we come to the Pikeroiweg past the Heiling horse farm, then past the Carlhof stud farm to the Kirchenackersiedlung in Pöllau. 
- On Pikeroistraße, after the Galgenkreuz, we turn right onto Freifeldweg and continue uphill on Oberer Breitenbachweg, turning right onto Salbergweg in the direction of Gasthaus Kerschhofer. 
- We continue until we reach Pöllaubergstraße, turn right and then right again onto Goldsbergweg towards Kalvarienbergkirche. 
- We continue past the Kalvarienberg church through the forest, after two serpentine hairpin bends we come to the Schottaler Weg past the Rieglbauer farm.
- The Schottaler Weg leads us past the “Sandtoni” back to the Pöllaubergstraße L431, turn right onto it and continue uphill to the Zeil-Kratzer settlement.
- There we turn left, continue to the village of Zeil and turn right uphill through the forest.
- Turn left at the next crossroads and keep right at the next junction towards Zeilerweg. 
- We continue along the Zeilerweg until the junction before “Franzl in der Straß” and turn right.
- We then continue to the Steinfriedl Chapel, where we keep to the right, past the Steinfriedl farm and continue through the forest until we reach the Zisser Taverne. 
- At the Zisser Taverne crossroads, we turn right and continue along the wine road to the first junction, where we keep left and continue through the forest, past the Walsblasl. The route then continues along the serpentine Hochgrandweg until we reach the Masenberg with its refuge and Glückskapelle chapel, or you can also make a detour to the Olmstoll. 
- Then we continue on the Masenbergstraße until the next junction, where we meet the Pöllaubergstraße L431 again, turn right and ride along the road until we reach Pöllauberg again with the pilgrimage church and its restaurants Berggasthof König and Gasthof Goger. From there we return to our starting point, the Naturparkarena.
