The Leiten Loop Trail (green markings) leads from the "Obere Leiten" to the "Untere Leiten" and also allows you to access the Panorama Loop Trail or the Kulmberg Loop Trail. Positioned on the southern side of Ramsau, this trail leads you through open fields and a charming forest, offering you a beautiful view across the "Niedere Tauern". Starting from Pension Alpenbad, you can choose between the trail to the "Obere Leiten" and the trail to the "Untere Leiten". The trail to the "Untere Leiten" also offers you another variation to the Gasthaus Sonnenhügel.

Both of these variants start from Alpenbad and follow through to the bus stop "Almfrieden".

  • 1st variant: follow the path straight ahead. You will then pass the Hotel Neuwirt and Hotel Martin. After a while, the loop trail will follow around a bend and, finally lead you back to your starting point.
  • 2nd variant: follow the trail to your right. You will pass the farm called "Bacherhof". Shortly after, you will reach a fork. Straight ahead, you will follow the same trail as above, just from the other direction. If you turn right at the fork, you will reach the "Untere Leiten", cross the street and walk over to the farms called "Deutlhauser" and "Gehrer". The trail ends below Gasthof Sonnenhügel.
