Hochwechsel trail circuit: a mountain bike tour with great views in Eastern Styria
Starting from the Neue Glashütte parking lot, the trail leads you uphill to the summit of the Hochwechsel. The Hochwexltrail "The WU" awaits you there, leading you over stone slabs and through rooty sections to the Marienseer Schwaig. On the way back, you take the flowing Haller Trail and then the Studentenkreuz route back to the starting point.
Day tickets are available online!
Opening hours are from May 15 to Nov. 01 from 09:00-19:00!
The Styrian Panorama Trails were financed to 60 percent by Leader funding, with the remainder shared between the participating municipalities (Schäffern, Pinggau, Friedberg, Dechantskirchen, St. Lorenzen am Wechsel, Rohrbach an der Lafnitz and Lafnitz).
