The world of the elderberryThe Christandl family has made it possible - the unique elderberry from the thermal and volcanic region of Styria is comprehensively and visibly accessible through the show, experience and enjoyment garden at the fruit farm on Kalvarienberg. What does chokeberry look like? How is elderberry cut? During a guided tour you will be taken into the delicious world of elderberry and chokeberry and the Christandl family will answer all your questions.
Afterwards you can taste the fruits. If the season allows it, there is also the possibility to taste the more than 20 different fruit and berry varieties directly from the tree or bush.
