On the first two weekends of Advent, the romantic village of Pürgg is transformed into a Christmas "Kripperl". A unique Advent market moves into the houses and enchants its visitors year after year.

A wide-ranging supporting program - such as baking and handicrafts with children, tours of the Fahringer landscape nativity scene, musical performances and readings in the parish church, traditional Krampuss games, the Glöcklerlauf, guided tours of St. John's Chapel or a living nativity scene - allows Pürgg and its visitors to sink into an incomparable idyll and Christmas spirit on the first two weekends of Advent.
