Let's get baking in this course! Learn how easy it is to bake bread at home and spoil your loved ones. Find out how the simplest of ingredients - flour, water and salt - can be used to make countless varieties of bread. We will bake a wide range of breads together, including tin loaves, wholemeal breads, farmer's breads and breads that do not knead or rest. We'll also look at sourdough and see that it doesn't have to be complicated and can have many benefits in terms of taste and health. Please bring a jar with a screw cap so that you can take the sourdough home to continue baking.
