Cooking with the cooking box is a technique that makes it possible to preserve vitamins and nutrients at a low temperature.
This cooking course will show you how to prepare healthy, vegetable-rich dishes. There will also be an interesting lecture on healthy eating. The course takes place in the Slow Food Styria kitchen and offers a perfect combination of practice and theory for a balanced and conscious diet.
