From classic apple or quark strudel to savoury potato or cabbage strudel - boiled or baked - strudel cuisine offers an almost infinite variety of flavours. We will learn how easy it is to make strudel dough and practice stretching it. As well as the classic fillings, we will make creative and unusual strudels that can be used as a soup garnish, main course or dessert. Come and join us for this culinary experience!
