In the bakery Gruber you can expect delicacies such as the homemade farmhouse bread, rolls, Kornspitz, pizza, bacon and cheese rolls, Plundermehlspeisen and many other delicacies.
At the Gruber bakery, farmhouse bread is still made by hand, without any chemical additives. The sourdough is refreshed twice a day with flour and water and processed into farmhouse bread at night by skilled bakers.
Every night, 15 skilled workers produce a wide range of baked goods, including farmhouse bread, organic crusty bread, various wholemeal breads, rolls, Kornspitz, pizza, bacon and cheese rolls, Danish pastries and other delicacies. Some of the ingredients such as flour, eggs, dairy products and fruit are sourced from regional farmers.
Seasonal and regional ingredients are also used in the patisserie. On request, the Gruber bakery can make the perfect cake for birthdays, children's birthdays, weddings (classic or with fruit) or christenings.
